If I did not have any words or knowledge about this video and just hit play, I would think I was looking at a screensaver. My comment is an observation and does not reflect my thoughts on space or contact with other beings. What I have noticed is similar to how all of a sudden we have a lot of activity with outbreaks and the next pandemic push. The context is that a new administration is coming in and people do not want their resources cut. They are aware about DOGE talk and budget cutting and therefore need to demonstrate why funding must be sustained or increased. How might they go about doing this? For myself, this is what I keep in mind when trying to discern.
