hope. you know the kennedys had a mansion there in hyannis, mid cape.. you think he will let it go down? and yes please accept he is alive. he is!!! i wanted to live there after we retired. a n 800-900 sf cottage in bad repair is going for 3-400K! land is very expensive that is not on the beach either!! cant afford it any more. most are a million. you know its beauty tho so i am glad.. it will be okay but shocking they would even allow it? dont forget the ds will do anything to destroy if necessary..even their own peoples land

me too. two aunties lived there. the beach was the go to spot.simple living. loved it,, hard weather there so hope its well maintained. doesnt take much. please get there next summer for relief and peace even if by yourself.
