I’ve been to Altoona. The McD’s and the Sheetz are the only things going on there besides the major drug trafficking. Fun fact? Butler PA is the major drug trafficking hub in region. All the drugs heading from the East Coast go through Butler. Which is why I always found Butler as a choice for Trump rallies so confusing.
