Boy you ain’t just whistling dixie… I just delivered a project I have pushed hard on this past entire week (including the two book-end weekends). The energy has been all over the place, including distractions, unexpected challenges, mandatory coffee breaks, and trying to keep my head in the game… so wild energy was added to the typical chaos that ensues. Now I am finally exhaling as of about two hours ago when I dropped it off… noticing sore muscles, a sore throat, and plenty of extra symptoms of lack of sleep... and this is not even a payday yet, just a chunk of a larger project that is ongoing. I will not complain, just sympathizing with everyone feeling the waves. I am cleaning up and then headed home to work on a little self-care starting tonight.
