Jesus was a Nazarene teaching in the country of Judea. The prevailing 'religion' in Judea at that time could be called 'pharisee-ism'. The collection of the ancient books we now call The Old Testament weren't gathered into a single tome until AFTER the New Testament was compiled. (One could argue as a appropriation)
The Davidic bloodlines do line up to Jesus but you might choose to note how similar the OT patriarchs are to Sumerian history leaders; with a few twists that favor the current narrative rather than the archaeological record.
You might choose to look into the 1560 Bible for a pre-19th century translation. It predates the King James before James caused political revisions.
None of these revelations invalidate the divinity or Jesus.

Sorry but you’re wrong. The Tenakh, OT predates the collection that we call the New Testament.
In fact Yeshua read from the Tenakh in Hebrew during Synagogue. The entire OT points to Him. The entire OT are foreshadows and prophecy concerning His time on Earth as Messiah Ben Joseph, and His triumphant return as Messiah Ben David.
You cannot understand completely the OT without the NT. You cannot understand completely the NT without the OT. Both are like commentaries of the other.
