Back in the early 90's or late 80's I visited Notre Dam!
I enjoyed my visit, but was shocked then at the garbage that lined the streets and paths. I hope they cleaned it all up!
One of my favorite places to visit was Chamonix and Mount Blanc!!!

France has always been marginally unsanitary. Then they opened their borders to Muslim Refugees, and the Whole Place went to S**T!
