Your body and brain needs cholesterol and they are LYING TO YOU.

After my yearly physical, he called me at work freaking out that my cholesterol was too high and I needed to come in to the office and get a prescription for lifetime meds.
I said um…..no..don’t do pills, is there a diet you recommend ?
