What I wanna know is who is paying and supplying weapons to the Syrian rebels.

I think that exactly the opposite to what is being reported is actually happening. Like Trump, Assad cannot be seen to be a party to it. He has to be kept safe so he can return and take over the reins when Syria has been swept clean. Much has already been done in Gaza and Lebanon and the broom will keep moving. 🐸🙏❤
