Give yourself time to heal
Time heals all wounds they say.
And it does! However, we need to take that time to focus on healing. If we do not, we simply perpetuate the state we are in, with the wounds we have.
Focusing on healing means putting intention and attention into the realm of healing your body, mind and soul.
Take time and make time for this to occur. Give yourself the space and time to heal the wounds you are carrying with you and have been carrying maybe all your life.
You can start little, by taking a 5 minute break, just saying to yourself “I want to heal”.
Without the conscious act of taking time to heal, your awareness will be focused on distractions and on the outside of you, rather than on the inside where healing needs to take place.
So in order to heal our wounds, the first step is to make a conscious decision to give ourselves that time.
This is a decision we can make at any new moment.
And any given moment is a good moment to start!
