Doing a roast on low and slow in the crock pot starting out frozen with seasoning so by the time my lunch hits tomorrow, it will be also. I am the cook, the cleaner, the worker, you fkn name it. WOOT>

I follow the lil bit of this lil bit of that. hahaha SO some shoyu soy sauce, white pepper, truffle evoo, herb evoo, black garlic, and a little water in the bottom and some beer since I had no wine. That is what is up in this kitchen. FOOD FOOKIN MATTERS> it is a big old deal.
