There is something wrong with me. It causes nerve pain all over my body. I feel stinging / burning. I have a constant sense of anxiety and the feeling if a hole in my stomach / chest. I’m feel very shaky. I’ve been crying all the time. My hand and legs shake even when I’m just relaxing. I have muscle and skin pain. When I get cold I shake very much. When I turn my body, my muscles will cramp, especially on my rib cage, like if I sneeze or crunch my muscles tight. I feel like my memory and creativity has began to slip. The neuropathy is always there. I started taking something for a candida infection. Oregano oil and caprylic acid. It seems to have dulled some things. I took an oral anti fungal for a few months. I might try again. These pains have been here for a while, several years. It’s gotten to the point where the pain is always there. I have seen a few doctors but none have them have any idea what’s wrong with me. I deal with this silently everyday. Asking for prayers.

It may be a B12 deficiency. You should have blood work done to see if that is the case.
You can take supplements (you may need Vit D to help with the uptake - our bodies loose Vit D in Winter as we are not in the sunshine as much.

Another thought... for neuropathy doctors usually recommend B12. Take along with magnesium.
And this time of the year, vitamin D is always needed, unless you're in the southern hemisphere.

May be a lack of magnesium, epsom salt soaks should help.
I'm using magnesium lotion too, rub it on my feet at night before going to bed, helps with sleeping most of the time.
Not all magnesium is the same. If taking a magnesium supplement look for Magnesium Malate, it works best for muscle pain.

If not diabetic do epsom salt soaks, dump the whole bag in and soak for 45 minutes then 30 every other day. Also a good potassium supplement. As one works off the other. And take blackseed oil.

Muscle cramps were near debilitating for me until I discovered Pink Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt. There are several brands or types but it's NOT the same as table salt. Now, I put a teaspoon in each shoe each morning as well as half teaspoon in me. NO CRAMPS
