there is a penis OR there is a vagina and no penis.. in minus 1% of birth there are bisexual babies born.. they do not have sperm or eggs however. so parent s pic which gender they wish.. this is or would be the only option i can think of.. of by testing which is higher- female or male hormones in their system...
