Been arguing with my Rockefeller primary about me refusing statins. He says he's just my doctor and my cholesterol is too high. I noted it was down 20 points from 3 mo ago and he says too high. I do not eat a hight fat diet and no beef and if my body is making it, it needs it. I can't take the brain fog, muscle and nerve pain so, I just added a bag of red grapefruit to my grocery order. 😁
When I went on Dr Atkin's keto diet, my chloresterol dropped dramatically. I ate tons of greasy beef, butter, eggs, etc. I needed , sleep, and felt energetic. I just read statens cause dementia. You did good!
