The New Yorker has a bunch of lurid claims about Pete Hegseth, all anonymously sourced from people at Concerned Veterans for America.

The ONLY person willing to go on the record and risk his reputation, Sean Parnell, says it’s all bogus, that the allegations are “complete fabrications,” and come from disgruntled employees at CVA fired by Hegseth because they weren't doing their jobs.

Another unnamed source, when contacted by the New Yorker, said that any claims he made about Hegseth in the past are false and made up. But then the New Yorker published them anyway!

The Sixth Amendment protects the right to confront one’s accusers at trial for a reason: It’s impossible to respond to or rebut anonymous attacks from unnamed people.

So it’s telling that those are the exact attacks the press is using to smear Hegseth.

Why are US Senators wasting a single moment talking about tabloid innuendo nonsense like this?

Praying for Pete H....
SOME PEOPLE love to float lies out about 'feared' individuals, and by the time they are proven to be false, the crucial timeframe for ratification has passed. This has been a major tactic of the DEMS. N. Pelosi called it 'the smear, then monetize it in the media, the wrap it up with focusing on what the media wrote.''

GOD FEARING, Thankful Old Carpenter, I stand for freedom our Republic. Took the oath to the Constitution, and will keep it! WWG1WGA!
