This electric presto canner is awesome. I know two ladies who are prolific canners and they have one. THEY also love them. SO easy it takes ya by the hand basically. JS> AND of course can water bath in it. TOTAL game changer. Worth every fkn fako fiat. Pressure cooker and water bath canner in one.
