I was taught that too much copper is not a good thing - needs to be in BALANCE with zinc (and I'm sure other minerals?) Nutritionist I followed said she was resolving ADHD by lowering copper in the body. Hmmmm - which is right? I assume you absorb copper from a copper cup?
There's a history of giving advice to avoid things that are actually very beneficial to you.
a very holistic nutritionist talks about this (she has no reason to hide its benefits or hazards - copper needs to be in balance with zinc (and probably other minerals). I would be hesitant to take too much copper - and it must be in the right form for the body to absorb it.
It didn't originate with her. Still I don't agree but each person can choose what to do.
