This makes me even more sad the the covid vax.

Wow. During some of the terrible storms in my area during the lockdown I had a dog who would not go out and drink water or go the bathroom. I noticed some blood in her urine when she finally went so I took her to the vet and explained what was going on and said I believe she has a urinary tract infection. I was told she probably had lepto and if I did not agree to do all the testing they would call the public health department bc it is dangerous and I could get it and die. I did not agree with any of this, I have some training, and I could see a contrived outbreak in the making--thus all dogs must immediately get the vaccine which yes, they had just started rolling it out--but I did not want a visit from the public health department so I submitted to the testing which ran over $600. As I was in the waiting room, I overheard the same vet telling someone who came in that she came out of retirement to get business going again. Within 24 hours yes, my dog was + for a UTI.
