I was in Brea on election night and one of the polling places was outside my hotel. I had a unique advantage as my 3rd floor room was directly across from the 3rd floor breezeway where the line was. Still people in line an hour after polls closed and they called Harris. I hadn’t heard till this they are still counting but I heard someone on a show mention he won all swing states and CA. Not sure where they got their CA info from.
