Any attempt by the State or Federal government to charge what amounts to a reverse per diem, or a mileage tax per mile driven IS ILLEGAL!

Let's get bold. We need more Boston Tea Parties to refuse these illegal attempts to restrict our freedom. Freedom to travel is a RIGHT! Rights are given by G0D and government cannot abridge them!!!
