Israel has absolutely no right to target residential buildings, whether they are vacant or filled with civilians. None whatsoever. Let’s be clear: we owe no explanations to our enemy, nor will we waste time repeatedly clarifying that no Hezbollah leaders or combatants were present in this or that building.
