Donators are supposed to let our people starve and wait for potential Fed aid that is not trusted to come? Ridiculous!! The other day I watched a segment of NC Congress live on the process of home rebuilds, which was started for east NC flooding, and heard them say essentially that west NC was way behind that in timeframes while NC waited for Fed $.
