The Lipid-Nano-Particles used in the Arcturus self-amplifying RNA vaccines are found to contain up to 50% DLin-MC3-DMA. DLin-MC3-DMA is an ionizable lipid, and its Safety Data Sheet states the following: "Not for human or veterinary diagnostic, or therapeutic uses"
In other words 50% of the LNP delivery-system foundation used in Arcturus' RNA vaxxines have been found as not safe for use in humans.
