I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
If you listen to what he is describing, it sounds like a pathway to government and government contractor jobs that currently require a bachelor's degree. (There are currently jobs in all kinds of fields so that is still a great opportunity.) It also sounds like an ideal program to train up leaders for government positions that would hopefully result in more diversity and representation. He is not saying anything about what the private sector may do or what private institutions may do or what changes are coming for federal funding to colleges and universities. I point this out because not everyone is familiar with how the funding works and that the program he will implement cannot end any of the things that are listed although it may certainly compete with programs.
