If you can go, I would, The gorge has a trail that is over a mile to the bottom that has a pool that we used to swim in during summer hotter periods. And Panama rocks has a lot of almost like caverns and a cave that if one is an expert could go down in. Both great day trips! bring a flashlight for the panama Rocks!
