They say life never gives you more than you can handle, yet at times it seems we all feel our capabilities have been overestimated.

It's during those times, you are reminded that Life knows you better than you know yourself. When you can't see a way forward, you're being called to meet something within yourself that you don't yet know; a deeper strength, a deeper resilience, a new level of trust and surrender. You're being called to grow into your truth, to remember your wholeness.

And although that might require you to dig deep, it might require you to hold yourself through a whole range of emotions in the process; so far, you have a 100% track record of surviving it. In fact, if you look back, often you haven't just survived it, you've come out of it completely transformed . . . You're all the more magnificent for it.
