Yep.
They're all like the fluctuating interest rate.
It stays High and Constant for Debt. but Erratic and flexible by the money changers when dealing w/ the Saving acct.
Can go from 4% interest to under 1% w/out explanation, reasonable reasoning except that they made it so.
What's ur interest rate there, similar to the US?

We've just had a mini budget and rates have dropped from 5% to 4.75%.
