I am open minded about space. I am also aware that there are genetic breeding programs referenced in our cultural literature. A great example of this is Western Star by Stephen Vincent Benet which was started around 1934. The word chimera appears multiple times. There is a newer edition of this book that appeared in 2014 but I do not have it and have no idea if those references were removed. I do not wish to stir up trouble on the topic, but rather make sure it is an informed discussion to separate fact from fiction and work toward compassion where appropriate. With all the rewriting and revising during the information war it is important to prevent against gaslighting. History teaches us that cultural architecture, books, and the intellectual class are the first to go when you are out to destroy a people.
