I saw a meme on Pinterest that said, "TRUMP GETTING RID OF DOE which funds SPECIAL NEEDS PROGRAMS."

The only SPECIAL NEEDS being met by the DOE were those of the HEAD HONCHOS stealing the money. The CHILDREN did NOT benefit.
