Started using whole wheat flour with my starter, because you can feed it less. Great pie made again. Lovely. Telling ya'll game changer. Gonna start another one for other baking things, from bread flour, but this is awesome.

You could make these and they are so dang good. Also the starter discard is perfect for this. Told Mrs. Bozeman if she gets a pizza maker she would sell these like hot cakes. Just took her some starter this weekend. Easiest thing ever.
