An NYC principal & his wife, accused masterminds behind a bilingual teacher scandal exposed by The Post, have raked in more than $500,000 in salary for the past 2 years — while the foreign educators they recruited are forbidden to visit their families back home if they want to keep their jobs.

Emmanuel Polanco was removed as principal of JHS 80 in The Bronx two years ago amid complaints he forced teachers from the Dominican Republic to pay rent for an apartment owned by his late mother & for rooms leased by a group of DOE administrators.
