Who can believe the Truth?
Those who have the Spirit of Truth inside of them.

If a lying spirit resides, the person receives lies as the Truth, and doesn't know any better.

But when TRUTH enters the person, filling the dark void with Light and reason, they can 'see and receive' Truth from Error.
