The governors of Illinois and Colorado have officially launched what they call “Governors Safeguarding Democracy.” This coalition of Democrat governors is preparing to challenge any future policies of the incoming Trump administration that could impact their states.

This includes resistance to programs including mass deportations of illegal immigrants, diversity policies, and others.
