Oh yes, I live about 1.5 hours away 😶Have been following reports of relief efforts, particularly from the group of churches that have banded together to collect and distribute needed items. Some of the people have lost EVERYTHING - houses, cars, clothes, food -- and are sleeping in tents 🥺. Food and supply donations have been pouring in to such an extent that many areas have an abundance; some people just can't get to it bc of road and bridge washouts, so the churches are delivering with the help of many volunteers. Now they need shelter and heat before winter sets in ❄️🥶.

Yet those mountain ppl are strong in spirit, and determined to stay to keep their land from being grabbed by evil ppl in power.
It has also shown the beautiful compassion of people from all over America and the world, who have stepped up to help 😇🙏💖
