I have no clue, but them staging “anything”, “before an emergency occurs”, is troublesome at best. Did this already gain enough attention though to cause them a pause? Kneads Homesteader put out a YT video yesterday that sounded to me like the town council was back-peddling after gaining some attention. 🧐
