A more thoughtful analysis would conclude that the military has some projects that the FMs know about and Kerry happens to be part of some disclosure that most likely consists of some true information and some misdirects. She has acknowledged that is how disclosure works. She has explained the use of black magic and white magic and other technologies as they are disclosed to her. None of this is secret. In many areas the FMs are very prominent in first response positions (fire, EMT, law enforcement) so it is not surprising they may have more knowledge about what is going on in their area or at military bases around them than the locals. It would also not be surprising that they are not at liberty to discuss those things. That seems to be the story that people keep trying to make into something else.
