Regardless if NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, said this or not, NATO/CIA INSTIGATED THE WAR IN UKRAINE. They broke an agreement with Russia that NATO would not expand ONE INCH eastward IF they let Germany join NATO in 1990.
This is how they start wars for us to fight.
