Who collects the data and who do they share it with?
Perhaps I am skeptical but we have people digging up "dirt" on people 24/7 and character assassinating them before they even get out of the gate so my thought is that this is a tool for public positions where individuals have already been put through the ringer.
Or will it be used for exposure?

I think they will use it like they always do: they will decide who gets to work and who does not based on the uni-party agenda. This tool would be better used for less public positions AFTER the administration is in office.
