Maybe announce deportations in advance with a specific deadline date for leaving without penalty, then list penalties to include but not be limited to: 1) seizure of all assets, 2) mandatory imprisonment, 3) 10-20 year prohibition from ever being allowed to return to America
and, simultaneously...
make that wonderful GESARA announcement informing all "foreigners" they have to return to their home country to gain access any benefits at all.
Then I'd give 'em 4 weeks to figure it all out!
