Health care practioners is a bogus term... and the abuses are mostly administered via health care delivery systems so it still allows them to fuck around and find out because they use 'safeguarding'... which enables wide scope.
Meaning they can force children via protections acts and so forth.. so the oepple on the front line historically are still on that line...
Elders, infirm, vunerable, children.... people with dementia.. thy are basically saying that group would be subject to having their genetics pushed around the system... I know this because my son has a genetic anolamly and its a battle... the genetics department tried to steal him... the moment anyne knows he has a condition he becomes monetisable in the system.. and that all remains unchanged because thats the front line.. the tug of wa when you have a child that they want to experiment on...
And the homeless.. because of the way they access services..
