I was here early in 2021, then got "spooked". I am back because I want to live. I read a lot. I observe. I listen. I have faith in us.
Public health degrees used to require a nutrition course or it could be an actual specialty and many doctors that both practice and conduct research have a combined MD/MPH degree. This has been in place for a while, but not all doctors go into research. Doctors are also required to take continuing education credits but nutrition may not be a requirement. This gap makes me wonder if the nutrition courses were not prioritized because all of our food was going to be redesigned anyway with all these new medical technologies that were planned to go along with the "food as medicine" plan and precision medicine.
SOME OF THEM ARE LOW IQ PEOPLE, OTHERS ARE COLD BLOODED KILLERS, OTHERS AGAIN ARE ONLY AFTER MONEY. IM SURE WE CAN LIST MORE BAD TYPES.
THEN THERES THE RARE TYPE THAT WANTS TO DO GOOD BUT ARE SCARED TO BE FOUND OUT.

I have more faith in our public health people. They are in a system just like the rest of us and some might remember there were people that came out and had little to no support for share their experience and then they were likely forced out with no referrals thus making it hard to work again.
