We have a family text thread and I am monitoring it. I have always been the black sheep the only conservative. After the last election, I tried to join the conversation and they were quite ugly. They all are very successful in their careers. They are losing their freaking minds. That's why I am laughing.
I get it. I would love to be a fly on their walls. But that resentment I feel comes from a whole lifetime of being ahead of the curve: black sheep. Old family shit still playing out. SO boring 😴
Well, it is quite interesting to get to a place where I don't give a flying flip anymore. It is an achievement of sorts. I wish that for everyone. Healing is not boring. Healing is glorious!
