I was listening to a video with one of the people involved in UFO disclosure a couple weeks ago. He claims these beings have IQs of 400-600. Perhaps they do and perhaps then they could figure out a different way to solve this problem. Could that be what the gene editing and injections are about? I honestly do not know, but the other idea that is out there in the sci-fi literature relates to interplanetary travel and space colonization.
