Arizona Lawyer Ryan Health warns that Maricopa County officials could be cheating by swapping out Kari Lake votes. His warning is based on an affidavit from the County's Election Director admitting they routinely "back out and re-tabulate" ballots.

Heath filed a lawsuit before the election attempting to address this illegal practice. Taking ballots out and re-tabulating them is an easy fraud loophole.
