Also noticed last night those 2 unmoving Lights NOT COMMON to our night sky were there as they were on night before election.
Actually saw a 3rd last night..want to see if it remains.
I thought it was them monitoring for election...
maybe just monitoring since this is the Blue confederate area...or at least that is what the vote appears, excluding Pennsylvania.

Maybe 10 minutes to Betsy Ross Bridge 20 min from Tacony Palmyra Bridge.
About 30 minutes from Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
