Just whipped up a breakfast pizza in no time flat on the stove top pizza maker. Sourdough discard is the greatest of all time. I have way too much southern DNA to be pouring discard down the drain. Made that whole fookin pizza in like fifteen minutes. Scrambled eggs and cheese. Was not awake enough or time wise also could not be thawing out some bacon, etc. Could pre make some and just sprinkle it on.
For ladies with big fams, this is perfect. You could use gravy as a base but I did just the cheese as a base and then the scrambled eggs and cheese. Would have been primo with bacon or sausage. But decided last minute to make one.
