She said Slovakia also and Poland were fighting at the time, SO my grandparents one Polish, one Slovak, I guess they cared back then, were not supposed to fall in love. But they did and hauled ass to America and that is ONE of the ways ya ended up with lil ol me. Grandma and her siblings first gen born on American soil.
