I did talk to him once via email.
I asked him if his descendants were of the Barr's in the Spanish American War, as I had pics of a possible relative of his that was named Barr and was like Captain of my Great Grandfather's regiment, my Great Grandfather was 2nd Lieutenant in a Regiment from PA
He actually responded and said no, but TY!!!! his family comes from out of the US originally.
