Leatrile is illegal in The US Canada UK and Australia
They sell it as a supplement. I thought the same. Then again, one can freely buy apricot seeds and at one time I thought that was considered not kosher.
In addition, my husband had no problem bringing it back with him, across the border, from Mexico, and when he ran out, he just called the doctors at ITC in Tijuana and they sent him refills. Never any issues.
