Actually, this video circulated on Gab and I immediately reported it to US Marshals demanding the perp's (who appears to be the real Joe Biden) arrest and he was using a full-size bullwhip on the girl who had her hands tied up to an overhead beam of the building. Of course we have been told repeatedly that the real Joe Biden was arrested, tried and executed in 2021, but we have yet to see the actual Tribunal footage which may be released, but very clear the 3-Gun salute at Arlington for "Joe Biden" on January 20, 2021 was a funeral for foreign dignitary and not even a Regulation one at that. I am just proponent of the internationally accepted sentencing methods implemented by Military Tribunals whatever they are, seeing as Military Law is Superior to Federal Law and dates back in America to 1775 as our First Form of Government and First Branch of Government.

We must follow THE LAW, including the Laws of Armed Conflict, because we are Officially AT WAR, "The War On Terror" (2001 AUMFs) & I would say everyone has been sufficiently TERRORIZED. We are dealing with the UCMJ & subject to Military Martial Law Jurisdiction - it just has to go By The Book(s), including the DOD LAW OF WARFARE MANUAL which all Anons should take time to read & become familiar with, and of course also the MANUAL FOR COURTS-MARTIAL UNITED STATES.
