Can someone please tell me
WHAT THEY ARE BUILDING OUTSIDE THE WHITE HOUSE?
Is this for the inauguration?
If it is, then why are they building it in October,
that’s about 3 months away!

It is the press gallery.
They do this construction every time there is an inauguration, its torn down afterwards... you would have thought there could be a structure they could tow in - much cheaper, but no, every time they build this multi level construction instead.
Yeah, first time I saw this I thought 'gallows'... but it was just wishful thinking, unfortunately.
